About the role

  • The Sawing & Sealing Laborer is responsible for supporting concrete crews by operating saws and applying sealants to joints and cracks in finished concrete surfaces.
  • This role plays a key part in maintaining quality, durability, and overall jobsite efficiency.
  • This position will mainly be based in Columbia, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
  • Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed
  • The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.

Requirements

  • ​Must be willing to work days and/or nights
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate concrete saws and sealing equipment

Nice to have

  • Previous construction or labor experience preferred (concrete experience a plus)
