This role demonstrates a solid understanding of common construction practices, strong attention to cost control and schedule adherence, and the ability to complete assigned administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Assist with daily planning and coordination of subcontractor activities for workflow, site logistics, and schedule milestones
Assist with the coordination of material deliveries and staging to prevent delays or congestion
Assist in maintaining quality standards by monitoring workmanship across all phases of construction
Participate in plan and specification reviews to identify scope requirements, coordination needs, and information for on-time project completion
Help verify that required permits, inspections, and approvals are in place before work begins
Assist the Superintendent with owner, architect, and inspector interactions during site visits and meetings
