Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining proposal schedules, calendars, and checklists for each commercial pursuit

- We started with consumers to develop and harden our core technology.
- The technology is proven, the momentum is building, and the opportunity is enormous.
- As Arc's Proposal Specialist, you will own the proposals that win Arc's commercial business from first draft through final submission.
- We move with urgency and build with care.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, proposal coordination, or a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly about technical subject matter for a non-technical audience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Background in the marine, maritime, or clean energy industries
- Familiarity with commercial procurement or bid process
- Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
- Enthusiasm for boating and the water

Compensation
- The base salary for this role is P2:$115,000 P3: $140,000 annually.
- As well as semi-annual bonuses tied to your impact, not just your tenure.
