About the role
- - Provides support and feedback to staff in order to coordinate daily activities and responsibilities. The ALS Supervisor will serve as a role model and facilitator in the department. - Serves as a resource for ground/building maintenance at assigned rate. - Responsible to maintain resource guide, orientation guide, and communication boards at assigned
- site. - Will assist with quality structured feedback for all AAC providers in conjunction with the MICU Leadership. - Maintains effective communication within the assigned sites and from the organization utilizing daily conference calls, postings, and direct employee feedback. - Serves as the liaison from the Mobile ICU to Atlantic Mobile Health departments
