About the role
- West Monroe is seeking an Experienced Consultant to join our Productivity discipline within our Organization, People & Change Practice.
- Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below).
- Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases that quantify productivity improvements, operational efficiencies, and financial impact.
- Support operational improvement initiatives
- Support business process redesign efforts that improve throughput, reduce cost, and enhance quality.
- Help clients prioritize and implement improvement initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and organizational impact.
- Deliver technology-enabled productivity solutions
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, and digital capabilities into operational workflows while supporting the design of future-state processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
- Deliver value for clients and contribute to the practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, operations, or a similarly analytical environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, analytics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
