About the role
- The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Administrative Programs Manager II provides leadership, oversight, and technical direction for the implementation and administration of Oklahoma's statewide CCBHC initiative.
- The manager is responsible for program planning, fidelity monitoring, compliance auditing, training and technical assistance, data analysis, and continuous quality improvement.
- Coordinate the daily administrative and technical functions of the statewide CCBHC program.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage survey tools, fidelity review instruments, and audit procedures.
- Support agencies in developing corrective action plans and quality improvement strategies based on fidelity outcomes.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for CCBHC providers, administrative staff, and community stakeholders.
- Partner with data analysts and IT teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with state/federal requirements.
Compensation
- Job Type/Salary: Application period: 07/21/2026-07/28/2026 Full-time Vacancies: 1 Annual Salary is $62,000.00 Primary Working Hours are M-F
