About the role

The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Administrative Programs Manager II provides leadership, oversight, and technical direction for the implementation and administration of Oklahoma's statewide CCBHC initiative.
The manager is responsible for program planning, fidelity monitoring, compliance auditing, training and technical assistance, data analysis, and continuous quality improvement.
Coordinate the daily administrative and technical functions of the statewide CCBHC program.

Develop, implement, and manage survey tools, fidelity review instruments, and audit procedures.
Support agencies in developing corrective action plans and quality improvement strategies based on fidelity outcomes.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for CCBHC providers, administrative staff, and community stakeholders.
Partner with data analysts and IT teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with state/federal requirements.
