Responsibilities

  • Lead Administrator for Coaching Platforms
  • Manage MBA & Alumni Coaching Program Operations
  • Manage weekly coach invoicing process for 50+ coaches
  • Provide ongoing communication and support to coaches
  • Support for families and caregivers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative support role(s) is required.

Nice to have

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and team orientation.

Skills

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Reliable follow-through and proactive initiative on projects.
  • Self-starter focused on continuous improvement of projects and programs.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Experience with technology platforms is a plus.
  • Working Conditions
  • Availability for some night and weekend work is required.
  • Standard Hours/Schedule: 40 hours per week

Compensation

  • Create and manage five + annual Peer Review Zoom meetings, including calendar invitations for coaches and CPD staff
