- Our Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations of luxury custom home and remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved and projects remain on track from start to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise trade partners to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, building codes, and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal team members to support permitting, inspections, change orders, and project documentation throughout the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, daily logs, and progress updates using Buildertrend and other project management tools.
- Manage punch list completion, project closeout activities, final quality inspections, and turnover documentation to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and municipal officials to support successful project delivery.
- Enforce job site safety standards and promote a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all team members and trade partners.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing teams, vendors, and client relationships.
- Hands-on experience with construction site oversight, safety management, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing operational best practices.
- Cullen's carpenters and craftsmen have over 100 years of experience in residential building and fine carpentry to help bring your project to life.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading residential construction projects
- high end construction experience is preferred.
- Certified OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 preferred, or willingness to train.
- Hands on construction-related experience, preferred.
Skills
- Demonstrated success leading complex remodeling and custom home construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to proactively address challenges in the field.
