Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

11 transfer filings in the last year, covering 11 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • ROLE SUMMARY We're at an inflection point.
  • We started with core durable execution and are now evolving with the world as it transitions to AI.
  • It will require unprecedented speed, iteration, market and customer focus, and invention.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand problems faced by agent builders and identify opportunities where our products can make building agents faster, more intuitive, more reliable, and more powerful.
  • Define and build what's next for Temporal.
  • Own strategy and roadmap for agent connectivity.
  • Perform up-front discovery and translate customer, field, and open-source community signals into small tweaks, brand new abstractions, or platform bets.
  • You'll build new things with a massive tailwind behind you: a proven technology, a large and growing customer base, and a market moving toward problems Temporal is uniquely equipped to solve.
  • You're resilient. Building at a high-growth company in 2026 is not for the faint of heart. You see the challenges and change as not just normal, but actually desirable.

Requirements

  • You are accountable to results over the process.
  • You have exceptional product and operational judgement.
  • You have shameless curiosity and a propensity to question things deeply.
  • You have 8+ years of product management experience
  • You have technical depth, with experience working on platform, infrastructure, developer tools, or other technical products
  • You have worked at a startup, high-growth company or in a similarly intense and ambiguous environment

Skills

  • Nexus is past GA and entering breadth. Adoption is real, but the next challenge is expansion across more teams, accounts, and use cases.
  • The foundation is landing now. Developer experience, connector foundations, and operator controls are the near-term unlocks.

Benefits

  • We now need to realize the full vision of Nexus by continuing to build out foundational capabilities like xyz and importantly, building agent-specific features and integrations, e.g., MCP connector, tool registry.

Company info

  • What it takes to get from where we are today to a world where Temporal underpins all software - including and especially agents - is going to be different.
  • Enable sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate with and win customers.
  • We are in the infancy of building out our connectivity layer, called Nexus, which has been the brainchild of our founder, Maxim, for many years.
