About the role
- Responsible for utilizing strategies and technology to analyze current and historical data with the objective of improving decision-making and providing a competitive advantage for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Devises efficient and scalable methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources to architect and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions
- Design and support ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation workflows to ensure reliable and timely data availability

Requirements
- Experience with relational databases and dimensional data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data pipeline concepts
Nice to have
- Identifies opportunities to automate manual reporting processes including leveraging approved AI technologies to improve organizational efficiency
- Interprets internal/external business environment to understand the relationship between business processes, systems and how they impact each other
- Recommends best practices to improve processes or services based on data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities
- Individual contributor working independently
- may require guidance in highly complex situations
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- Strong technical expertise in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service, SQL, and data modeling
Skills
- Database skills, including writing complex queries, data manipulation, and query optimization
