- You'll also participate in recruiter and stakeholder calls to share market insights, review pipelines, and recommend creative approaches when searches get challenging.
- The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator and critical thinker who can dig deep into motorsport/performance talent pools, quickly assess fit, and clearly communicate recommendations to recruiters and hiring leaders.
Responsibilities
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (online platforms, communities, events, referrals) to identify top talent for Ford Racing roles.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Maintain organized candidate pipelines, trackers, and documentation in the applicant tracking system and Sustainable Talent tools, ensuring visibility into top-of-funnel and screened candidates.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Demonstrated ability to build and manage pipelines in niche or competitive markets and present clear, thoughtful candidate recommendations.
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously while working remotely across time zones.

Requirements
