Nice to have
- Provide day-to-day site oversight and QA/QC observations during construction and closeout.
- Coordinate architect, engineer, contractor, and consultant responses to field conditions and project issues.
- Monitor project milestones, changes, technical progress, and financial performance
- Identify project risks, track performance metrics, and recommend mitigation strategies and process improvements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders, resolving conflicts and keeping project objectives aligned.
- Mentor and provide oversight to junior staff while supporting their professional development.
- Interface regularly with internal departments and external clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deliverables
Compensation
- $111k-$141k
