About the role

Responsible for supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations through general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, assistance with month‑end close processes, and preparation of audits.
Assists the Director of Finance with financial statement preparation, audit documentation, and process improvements to promote accurate reporting and compliance with organizational policies.

Provides support for financial reporting by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting data.

California Driver's license and appropriate insurance EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and 2 years of general accounting experience; or a combination of equivalent education and work experience. -5 years of accounting experience preferred.

Each position has a salary based on market value and the organization's pay levels.
Starting pay is $89,814.40.
