- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.

- As a Technical Recruiter at Carbon Robotics, you will be a true talent partner to engineering leadership to hire our most important technical roles across the company.
- You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on software, hardware, robotics, and AI/ML engineering roles.
