About the role

  • Work alongside nationally recognized Human Performance professionals.
  • Make a direct impact on Soldier health and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-duty services.
  • Collaborate daily with Physical Therapists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Registered Dietitians, Cognitive Performance Specialists, Occupational Therapists, and unit leadership.
  • Design and implement rehabilitation and injury prevention programs tailored to military occupational demands.
  • Support Soldier performance across the five H2F readiness domains:
  • Utilize Army-approved documentation systems and data collection tools to monitor outcomes and support continuous program improvement.

Requirements

  • Maintain current certification/licensing requirements as required by the contract and the applicable state board of the AT.
  • Web-based classes do not meet required standards.
  • U.S. Citizenship (copy of birth certificate or naturalization papers required).
  • ATs performing under this contract must be US citizens.
