About the role
- Identify and size opportunities to enhance the portfolio, using data to forecast business impact and prioritize initiatives
- Measure performance against KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations on scaling and optimization
- Continuously collect insights through customer feedback, market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform product innovation
Responsibilities
- Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers - and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.
- Own and implement the product roadmap in close partnership with Engineering, Data Science, and Design
- Drive operational excellence by finding opportunities to increase experimentation velocity and improve cross-functional collaboration
- Develop and lead A/B tests, including hypothesis development, experiment setup, and KPI definition
- Develop and maintain project plans, lead dependencies, and ensure teams are aligned and execution-ready
- Deep understanding of UI/UX and key design principles across email, push, in-app notification or similar
- Author clear product requirements (PRDs) and partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality execution
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, consulting, or growth marketing, with a focus on customer conversion
- 2+ years in e-commerce required
Nice to have
- Marketplace experience (e.g., Uber, Airbnb, LinkedIn) strongly preferred
Compensation
- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
- C$110,400 - C$147,400
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
