The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring safe and proper maintenance and repair of production equipment.
This position will oversee all aspects of the maintenance department including managing personnel, preventative/predictive maintenance programs, spearheading maintenance projects and coordinating with Production Team Management.

Maintain and update the preventative maintenance schedule.
Report non-conformances and with support correct them.
Evaluate maintenance support staff for training needs.
Manage relationships with contractors and outside service providers.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, schematics, blue prints and procedure manuals.

Bachelor degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar field and at least 5 years of experience OR
Knowledge of and experience with electromechanical machine adjustments, motor speeds, feed rates, and identification of machine problems resulting in down time Required
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues in the absence of schematics or electrical drawings
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Significant experience with induction heaters, Electric Motors, Gearboxes, Drives, PLCS's, Wiring, Compressors, Process Cooling Loops or other production equipment.
Significant experience with electromechanical machine adjustments, motor speeds, feed rates, and identification of machine problems resulting in downtime
To conduct business with H.B. Fuller, a written service agreement must be executed by Human Resources prior to submitting any information relating to a potential candidate.

Previous Maintenance Management experience or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Successful completion of a vocational school or an associates degree in similar fields and 7 years of experience.
Or 10 years of experience in maintenance as a technician or mechanic.
Experience with induction heaters, HVAC, Electric Motors, Fork Lift Repair, Compressor Repair, Process Cooling Tower Experience, Dust Collection Preferred.
