About the role
- The Senior Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the success of their products by analysis, planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the EST or CST time zones within the US only.
- An employee's exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
Responsibilities
- Ability to leverage data analytics to drive decisions.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and assert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive the overall success of the product.
- Lead the development of complex product features and initiatives.
- Interoperability and interfaces for external partners
- Collaborate and assist in developing GTM strategy for partnership opportunities
- May mentor and support a team of Product Managers to understand market needs and optimize high quality and high value throughput of the product R&D teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of your product's target markets, features and functionality, limitations, opportunities, buyer/user personas, competitive advantages, threats, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping and VoC analysis.
- Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools.
Nice to have
- In-depth understanding of Agile Product Management and Development principles.
- Classroom Agile/Scrum training or certification a plus.
Skills
- Advanced product roadmap planning and prioritization skills.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and decision-making skills.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $155,000-165,000/yr, not including variable compensation.
