About the role

Responsibilities

  • We lead pre‑clinical evaluation strategies, design validation and human factors activities, and contribute to regulatory and quality system deliverables.
  • Develop internal expertise in clinical domains relevant to the company's products.
  • Own the creation supporting documentation during product development for the quality system and regulatory submissions
  • Serve as a key clinical expert in design reviews, requirement definition, and product development strategy.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of clinical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and implement robust clinical performance metrics to drive continuous product evaluation and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key regulatory bodies to stay informed of emerging regulations and industry trends.
  • Support the commercial use of the device

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate concepts, ideas, and knowledge to other individuals and teams.
  • Knowledge of basic anatomy, clinical terminology, and general surgical techniques.
  • Knowledge of fundamentals of robotics or electromechanical systems.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
  • Master's degree preferred

Compensation

  • The Pay Range for this position is listed.

  • Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors such as location as permitted by law.
  • Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.

  • $115,000 - $160,000 USD
