Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Various Tools & Resources & Support
Requirements
- You are the primary point of contact for the client and will be responsible for handling all booking needs for travelers, while providing exceptional customer service to exceed clients' expectations.
- In addition, you have access to sell package options, cruises, hotel and resorts, tours, and more.
- No experience required as all training and certifications are provided to become a certified agent and build your business.
- Complete required certification within a timely manner
- Must be coachable, eager to learn, and willing to engage in ongoing training.
Nice to have
- Sales and marketing experience (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required
Skills
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients interests
- Ability to manage time and be organized
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and Internet knowledge
- Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
