Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
  • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
  • Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Various Tools & Resources & Support

Requirements

  • You are the primary point of contact for the client and will be responsible for handling all booking needs for travelers, while providing exceptional customer service to exceed clients' expectations.
  • In addition, you have access to sell package options, cruises, hotel and resorts, tours, and more.
  • No experience required as all training and certifications are provided to become a certified agent and build your business.
  • Complete required certification within a timely manner
  • Must be coachable, eager to learn, and willing to engage in ongoing training.

Nice to have

  • Sales and marketing experience (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required

Skills

  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients interests
  • Ability to manage time and be organized
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer and Internet knowledge
  • Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
