About the role

Requirements
- Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
Nice to have
- Minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Prior internship or co-op with Rockwell Automation
- Prior internship or co-op within a related field
- Pursuing a degree in software or computer engineering, computer science, information technology, data science or similar.
- Met on campus, national recruiting events, a Rockwell Automation-hosted event
- Expected graduation date is December 2027 or beyond
- Ability to use enterprise approved AI tools/platforms (i.e. Co-Pilot, GitHub, Claude, Windsurf) to improve productivity, automation, and decision making.
- Awareness of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and compliance.
Compensation
- For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $20-32/hourly.
