About the role

  • The Sales Supervisor fosters a high-performance sales culture by providing ongoing employee development, monitoring key performance metrics, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create sales campaigns utilizing data and market analysis
  • Work with the marketing team to develop materials and resources based on marketing trends
  • Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, call data and other reporting to evaluate employee performance and develop a personal plan to support each person's continued growth and success
  • Implement company policies in a fair and equitable manner including performance evaluations and performance improvement
  • Create ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly sales contests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of Inside Sales or Education Management experience preferred
  • Ability to develop a strong sales culture and team environment while working with individuals of various sales abilities to achieve goals
  • Experience in developing sales and marketing plans
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple reports and develop actionable insights to drive decision-making and strategic growth
  • Builds high-trust teams, effectively coaching and delegating, and aligning team goals with the organization's broader vision
  • Adapts quickly, displays change management skills, and remains agile in dynamic markets and work environments

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: 70,000.00 - 75,000.00
