Responsibilities
- Techno is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major $800M+ waterfront infrastructure project in New York City.
- The Project Manager will lead project delivery by coordinating with owners, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.
- Lead the project management team, including Resident Engineers, Office Engineers, inspectors, consultants, and support staff, through all phases of construction.
- Manage marine, structural, geotechnical, and heavy civil construction projects, including waterfront and utility infrastructure.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, contractors, utilities, and regulatory agencies to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, reporting, documentation, and closeout to ensure successful project delivery.
- We deliver impactful water/wastewater, transportation, and public works projects for clients including NYCDDC, NYCDEP, and the Port Authority of NY & NJ.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required.
Nice to have
- Experience with agencies such as NYCEDC, NYCDDC, NYCDOT, NYSDOT, MTA, Port Authority, or similar public-sector organizations preferred.
Compensation
- The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $80.00-$100.00/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
