  • Just thoughtful self-starters doing real work, done well.
  • We look for people who take ownership, invest in relationships, and aim to raise the standard every day.

Responsibilities

  • Return Preparation Coordination - Assign, manage, and monitor return prep tasks with our offshore pay-per-return team; enforce firm standards on output quality; escalate delays and deficiencies immediately rather than absorbing them.
  • Client Filing Status Updates - Keep the Tax Compliance Execution Leader and internal stakeholders current on return status, blockers, approaching deadlines, and next steps; maintain visibility so the team can act, not react.
  • We support nearly 100 clients across the country with scalable, high-quality accounting solutions - and we're just getting started.
  • We're growing intentionally, investing in the right systems, structure, and culture to support great work and sustainable careers.
  • Inside our team, we lead with trust, autonomy, and accountability - no micromanaging, no performative fluff.
  • Someone who can own the full coordination layer between clients, an offshore return prep team, and internal reviewers - keeping every return moving without being chased?
  • you follow systems, improve them when something doesn't fit, and document the fix.
  • You'll build deep, marketable expertise inside a focused practice.
  • We're looking for a production-minded accountant who's been in the thick of a real busy season and wants to build their career inside a firm that's scaling intentionally.
