About the role
- Execute complex, multi-dimensional audits with minimal supervision.
- Apply multiple audit methodologies (e.g., targeted reviews, random sampling, root cause analysis, and trend analysis).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of recurring issues and propose sustainable corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Independently identify audit needs and design audit programs aligned with business
- Lead process-level audit creation, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain audit templates, dashboards, and quality metrics.
- Mentor peers and support team skill development through audit knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- The Senior Service Quality Analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy to design, execute, and refine complex quality review programs across P&C servicing.
