About the role

- The Admissions Nurse is a member of the treatment team providing professional level of nursing care to patients under minimum supervision and consultation.
- This is a complex position which directs and guides activities on the unit and assignments of ancillary personnel assigned to unit and shift.
Responsibilities

- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to clients and families.
- Document patient care services by charting in client and department records.
- Maintain interdepartmental continuity of care by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of Google Products, GMail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
- Active RN license in state of operation is required.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Regular and consistent attendance is required.
- Active Nursing License in the State the treatment center is located.
- Knowledge of mental health, addiction, and addiction treatment preferred.
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to handle confidential information, and manage time wisely.

Nice to have
- Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation
- In accordance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Act, the reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position $46.00-$54.00 flat rate per hour (does not include shift differentials).
- Actual compensation within this range will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, education, and relevant qualifications.
