About the role

  • Reporting to the Manager, Creative, the ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of brand storytelling, and proven experience designing for digital channels.
  • This individual brings knowledge of digital best practices, including responsive design, platform-specific requirements, and performance-driven creative, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for executing and elevating all aspects of print and digital design, with a strong emphasis on creating high-performing digital assets across web, email, paid media, and social platforms, alongside key print deliverables such as brochures, direct mail, onboard marketing, and trade materials.

Responsibilities

  • Design and production of print and digital materials, including large-scale brochures, direct mail campaigns, trade collaterals, onboard marketing collateral, specialty pieces, web, email, and social assets.
  • Work closely with the Leads, Manager Creative and Sr Copywriter and Digital teams to ensure designs align with brand identity, messaging, and marketing objectives, as well as collaborate closely with digital team to ensure messaging and branding consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Maintain a high level of design excellence, ensuring materials are visually compelling, strategically effective, and executed to the highest production standards.
  • Work closely with a team of junior designers, providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and support.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop marketing collateral that supports sales, trade marketing, and onboard guest engagement initiatives, to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and business goals.
  • Troubleshoot design and production challenges to maintain efficiency and accuracy in all printed materials, ensuring any issues or concerns are communicated in a timely manner to project management teams and leadership.
  • Apply digital best practices, including responsive design, UX/UI principles, and platform-specific requirements (email, social, paid media).
  • Stay informed on print design trends, production techniques, and emerging materials to enhance the quality and impact of printed marketing assets.
  • Establish efficient processes and guidelines for print design projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to final production.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines while continuously refining and elevating the company's design standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a corporate or agency creative department.
  • Proofing and approvals on projects may be required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or related field of study
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • must be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience with digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • Strategic thinking and creative skills (written, visual and conceptual).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivation and a positive interaction with a wide range of individuals is expected.
  • Strong corporate identity and branding experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; must be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Travel to domestic and/or international locations may be required.
