About the role
- We are looking for a hands-on individual to help us develop our core technology by contributing to our Equipment Maintenance Team.
- In this role, individuals will work directly with our Operations team, to design, troubleshoot, and repair our production equipment.
- The successful applicant will be comfortable with hands-on work as well as detailed mechanical design.
Responsibilities
- Develop novel solutions to challenging manufacturing problems
- Collaborate with process and controls engineers in the start-up and debugging effort for manufacturing equipment and processes at new production sites
- Design, modify, and troubleshoot equipment, lead equipment specification and design reviews
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, and industrial controls
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field preferred
- equivalent industrial experience considered
