As an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Team Leader you will provide technical leadership, staff development, and quality oversight for a multi-discipline technical team supporting facilities and building-related projects in manufacturing environments.
This role is responsible for developing technical capabilities, mentoring professionals, strengthening standards of practice, and partnering with Project Managers and Client Leaders to support project delivery, client needs, and strategic growth.
