About the role

Responsibilities
- DRIVE the rhythm of business for the Secret Lair product, program, business and digital teams.
- ENSURE partners receive product information, SKU level documentation, relevant business performance metrics and KSPs accurately and on time.
- PARTNER with producers and creative teams ensuring successful creation and launch of all Secret Lair products.
- BUILD user-friendly dashboards, reports and communications that are audience-specific to ensure clarity and alignment. Maintain and update reporting tools and dashboards.
- COLLABORATE with internal operations and logistics teams to manage production and delivery timelines.
- An organized, meticulous approach to bookkeeping and building efficiencies to further streamline processes.

Requirements
- Ability to jump into fast-paced and evolving situations and make things better for your team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with Smartsheet.
Nice to have
- First-hand experience in online/DTC sales or product/program management.

- If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Workwell as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.
- Duration: 3 months with possibility to extend to 12 months
