- Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce merchants Build strategic, long-term client relationships Drive organic revenue growth and retention Partner cross-functionally to solve merchant challenges Advocate for clients internally and surface product insights What You Bring 5+ years in account management or merchant success (ecommerce, FinTech, or payments) Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience working with global clients or distributed teams A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
