Responsibilities
- Support youth in developing coping skills and emotional regulation
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment updates, reports)
- Support communication with families when appropriate
- This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping youth build coping skills, improve behaviors, and work toward long-term emotional and behavioral stability.
Requirements
- Ability to work assigned schedule (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Ability to obtain required PA clearances
- Ability to reliably commute to Bloomsburg, PA
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Nice to have
- Experience working with trauma-impacted youth
- Experience in residential or structured treatment settings
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
