- Quality Advocacy: Conduct code/test reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor teams on advanced automation and AI/ML concepts.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead QA/Test Automation Engineer with expertise in automation testing and AI-driven quality solutions to lead innovation in our Core and Realtime Payments QE team.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality engineering practices within our DevOps pipeline while mentoring onshore and offshore team members.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress).
- Lead POCs to evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions, including intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and test optimization.
- Develop custom utilities, libraries, and plugins to enhance automation capabilities and efficiency.
- Partner with development, QA, and DevOps teams to align on quality goals and improve processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and integrating AI into test automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and RESTful API testing.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Skills
