Responsibilities
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, structured environment
- Track and document student progress, assessments, and IEP components
- Collaborate with staff, families, and external partners to support each student's development
- Lead and mentor classroom staff to ensure consistent instruction and student support
Requirements
- Knowledge of behavior management and positive behavioral interventions
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and service providers
