- The Architect will be responsible for managing the production efforts of large-scale, complex architectural projects, working with clients, and overseeing the team of architects to ensure project completing within scope.
- Coach and provide ongoing mentorship to junior Architects.
- Conduct field inspections and surveys as necessary - taking measurements, gathering data required for drafting plans and specifications, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Indiana Registered Architect preferred or unlicensed with 6 years' experience.
- Effective project management, client management, and communication skills.
- Ability to successfully work on multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT Ability to travel up to 10%, with occasional overnight travel.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record & have reliable transportation to conduct client site visits.
