About the role

  • Performing on-site inspection duties and inspection reports
  • Completed Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field
  • Eligible to register as a Trainee Registrant with ASTTBC or as a Technician/Technologist-in-Training (T.T.) with ASET

Responsibilities

  • You make-and own-your decisions.
  • You want to learn more about the design, approvals, the construction phase, and how a team works together to get projects done.
  • You will carry out design work, CAD assignments, and site inspections.
  • Preparing drafting and design tasks using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience on projects in a civil consulting engineering environment for Technologist role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients

Nice to have

  • Previous hands-on experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
  • Previous field experience preferred

  • The salary for this position is commensurate with experience; the salary range for this position is $57,190 - $79,400 annually.
