About the role
- You may supervise and train undergraduate researchers.
- No journal publications or public presentations on project specifics are expected.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate related scientific or engineering discipline and three (3) years of progressively responsible related professional research experience.
- A Master's degree in an appropriate related scientific or engineering discipline may be substituted for up to one year of the required work experience.
- A bachelor's degree in microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, food science, plant pathology or a closely related field is required.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation
- In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
