Office Experience Manager The team + the role The People Team at Pendo is responsible for the full employee journey, and for us, that journey starts the moment someone walks through the front door.
The Office Experience team is the connective tissue that makes our offices feel alive: thoughtfully run, genuinely welcoming, and built around the details that turn a good day into a great one.

Manage facility vendors and maintenance requests end-to-end, create work orders, track project status, communicate with stakeholders, and keep budgets accurate and on time.
Coordinate "day one" new hire onboarding with the People Team, including presentations, equipment distribution, and catering; support offboarding logistics including equipment collection and shipping.
Work closely with Executive, IT, People, Marketing, and Revenue teams to support office logistics, visitor management, parking, and special project requests as they arise.
Exceptional customer service instincts. You're proactive, professionally warm, and build strong cross-functional relationships at every level of the organization.
You'll manage everything from vendor relationships and facility maintenance to events, onboarding logistics, and the rhythm of the office itself.

You've rewired how you work with an AI forward focus.
5+ years of experience in office management, employee programming, event planning, hospitality, facilities, or community partnerships.
You can engage clearly and appropriately with everyone from ICs to executive leadership, and have excellent professional discretion.
The ability to prioritize and execute under pressure, staying composed and effective when multiple things demand your attention at once.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment - you're comfortable with ambiguity and adapt quickly when priorities shift.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in New York, NY is $97,000 - $120,000.
Individual pay decisions, including offers made within and over the expected range, are based on a number of factors including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
