Responsibilities

  • www.waabi.ai You will... - Act as a trusted consultant to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development and gaps, etc. -

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and logical through processes, with the ability to identify and resolve sophisticated and sensitive HR issues/problems.
  • HR Partnership experience with non-exempt employees, including understanding of key legal and safety compliance elements.
  • 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP capacity within a fast-paced tech environment. - Bachelor degree or higher. - Experience coaching management layers (from new managers to senior leadership) to strengthen their management and leadership capability. - Experience designing and approaching people strategy with an emphasis and understanding of the business strategy. - Proven capability to effectively provide employee HR consultations. - Strong analytical skills and logical through processes, with the ability to identify and resolve sophisticated and sensitive HR issues/problems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others. - Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions. - Demonstrated experience working in high ambiguity without clear playbooks or processes. - HR Partnership experience with non-exempt employees, including understanding of key legal and safety compliance elements.   • The US yearly salary range for this role is: $120,000 - $160,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi US Inc.'s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company's compensation practices. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus. Compensation
