- Planning, leading, and executing complex slickline well intervention activities across a variety of well conditions.
- Performing advanced downhole operations including tool conveyance, fishing, gauge runs, and mechanical manipulation.
- Troubleshooting operational challenges and make real-time decisions to ensure job success.
- Evaluating well data and conditions to determine the most effective slickline approach.
- Leading all operations in strict compliance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting pre-job safety meetings, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses.
