- Provides in person counselling services for TELUS Health's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Join our team: TELUS Health is seeking a dedicated in-person clinician to join our TELUS Office in Surrey, BC.
Responsibilities

- Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model.
- Effectively manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Ability to set short term objectives and use a solution focused therapeutic approach, along with other therapeutic approaches.
- Proven ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to the ebb and flow of daily responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems.
- Registration with Professional College or Association
- Minimum of five years of post-master's clinical experience, supporting all client groups.
- Certified or extensively trained in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
- Experience and ability to clinically manage high-risk cases, including clients who are a threat to self or others.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage a large number of clients.
- Exceptional customer service focus, high professionalism, and adherence to ethical principles of conduct.
- Previous counselling experience working with professionals is an asset.
- Experience in utilizing performance metrics to enhance client satisfaction and optimize service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility in working day/evening shifts.
Compensation
- Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.
- $52,500 - $106,000
