Provide support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Detechtion (or similar chemical treatment software), FlowCal, and associated integrations.
Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions supporting Detechtion and FlowCal.
Provide support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IronSight (or similar water logistics management software).
Collaborate with vendors to support system enhancements and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain batch scripts to support system operations.
Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages for system integrations.
Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate processes and manage administrative tasks.
Leverage SQL Server and Oracle expertise to support integrations, data management, and business reporting.
Proactively identify and implement system and process improvements aligned with Oxy's business objectives, incorporating AI technologies where appropriate.
Support audit activities by ensuring compliance with controls, policies, and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle database development.
Proficiency in Python scripting and SSIS package development.
Strong expertise in Detechtion (or similar chemical tracking software/processes) and FlowCal.
Experience in IT project management.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with Crystal Reports development and support.
Experience with Spotfire, PowerBI and other reporting tools.
Experience with AI-enabled automation and scripting.
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
Relevant certifications in IT support, database management, or related disciplines.
Experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.

AWS experience preferred.
Experience designing and supporting IT system infrastructure, including test and production environments
