About the role

Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative and in-office environment, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution.

Plan, deliver, manage, and close IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with budget and schedule constraints.
Develop project plans, encompassing resources, timelines, milestones, and budgets, and share them with project stakeholders.
Manage project scope by identifying and addressing changes during the project lifecycle through proper change management.
Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans when necessary.
Confidently lead with strong communication skills, inspiring participants across all levels and fostering collaboration towards a shared objective.

Bachelor's degree in business, information science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
PMP certification required within the first two years of joining the company.
Minimum of 1+ years of relevant project management experience.
Knowledgeable in basic project management principles and practices ( Waterfal l, Agile, etc.)
Fundamental knowledge and basic understanding of IT functions and data center operations, including:
networking architecture - IPv4 and OSI model, firewalls, routing and switching, unified communications
systems/storage architecture - on-premise or cloud VMs, physical servers, storage systems
Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, analytical thinker, and problem solver, with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong people and leadership skills able to drive/motivate cross-functional technical teams to accomplish tasks amidst various challenges and tight timelines.
Enthusiastic and accountable, coupled with a commitment to quality in all project work.
Self-motivated professional able to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, while working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
