Responsibilities

  • We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision.
  • The quality of people we bring in is the single biggest lever on what Metaview becomes, and you'll own that lever.
  • Partner with Siadhal (Co-founder/CEO) and GTM leadership to define who we need, when, and why. Then go get them.
  • The greater opportunity is to build a hiring machine that combines systematic rigor with human judgment 10x'ing our capacity leaving out competition at the starting line.
  • Develop and maintain genuine expertise in SF and East Coast GTM talent; where the best operators are, what they care about, and what it takes to land them.
  • Partner with Siadhal (Co-founder/CEO) and GTM leadership to define who we need, when, and why.
  • A passion for building a network in the SF and East Coast.
  • You've spent years building genuine relationships with world-class operators.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth B2B.
  • You've seen world-class, you know how it shows up.
  • You can sell and rigorously interrogate in the same conversation, leaving a first meeting knowing exactly whether someone is top 1% or not.
  • A track record of partnering directly with executives and GTM leaders to scope, refine, and close top-tier talent.
