About the role

  • Right now, we're hiring Change Strategist, Evolutionist, and DEI Facilitators to join our collective of educators.
  • This role is about more than delivering workshops.
  • Help participants understand how behaviour, decision-making, and workplace dynamics are shaped by larger systems, structures, and lived experience.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interactive sessions that build awareness, deepen understanding, and help participants lead and work with more thoughtfulness, responsibility, and care.
  • Create respectful environments that support open dialogue, honest reflection, and constructive conversation around complex and sensitive topics.
  • Lead virtual and in-person workshops across topics related to leadership, workplace culture, employee experience, and anti-oppressive practice, tailoring delivery to each organization's context and goals.
  • You value building trust and partnerships with interdisciplinary teams, external clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You have a high emotional intelligence (EQ) and a facilitation style that is empathetic, compassionate, and resourceful-essential for navigating different personalities, viewpoints, and emotions.
  • You have strong communication skills (visual, written, and verbal) and can present complex ideas in a clear, concise, and engaging way.
