About the role
- Join AMEND as a Quality Assurance Analyst to gain hands-on experience supporting our Delivery team.
- This role involves auditing delivery metrics, organizing operational documentation, cleaning project data, and assisting with client revenue analysis.

Responsibilities
- Support creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for delivery metric capture.
- Manage and oversee the Operational SharePoint site: gather, organize, and track document artifacts with revision histories.
- Perform data cleanup in project management systems (e.g., Kantata), focusing on agreed definitions.
- Collect, analyze and clean historical data to support BI reporting comparisons.
- Our three-tiered approach provides a distinct competitive edge and allows us to build strong relationships and create customized solutions for every client.
- Our Quality Assurance Analyst will support delivery operations through data governance, project auditing, and operational oversight.
Requirements
- Pursuit of a degree in Business or a related field
- Comfort in using Excel and willingness to learn business intelligence tools (Power BI)
- Good communication and ability to work independently with guidance
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with AMEND team members
- Basic familiarity or willingness to learn key operational business systems such as Kantata and Sharepoint
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Detail-focused and able to maintain data accuracy
- Motivation and excitement to drive your continued development.
