About the role

You will be responsible for story writing, system configuration, testing, and training, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, troubleshooting product issues as they apply to the client's business.

The position involves working closely with clients and colleagues to do the following: Analyze and document design specifications for the application.
Implement application design by working closely with both the client and Educe technical team.
Lead client onboarding sessions, system configurations, and validating client requirements.
Lead client virtual demonstrations and walkthroughs of the application.
Document user stories, ensuring clear and detailed requirements for Educe technical build team.
Create and maintain client-specific documentation, including configuration guides and training materials.
Participate in end-user training by providing both product expertise and insight on the client's business processes and solution design.
Additionally, the position involves helping to develop and improve the Educe internal infrastructure as a whole and contributing to organizational objectives.
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for requirements analysis, business process mapping, training, solution design, and ongoing operations of Educ e software products.
