About the role

Represents Wilmington Trust in working in collaboration with the Commercial, Business and Private Banking teams to expand brand recognition and business opportunities in a specific market for wealthy clients.
Direct and participate in the development and management of wealth client relationships with individuals, business owners and families.
Work closely with families and their advisors to ensure the relationship is handled efficiently and effectively in the delivery of services to these relationships.

Provide sales leadership and manages the sales process for assigned team. Establish team goals and track their performance.
Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

The pay range for this position is $182,700.00 - $339,300.00 Annual (USD).
The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations.
