About the role

  • Represents Wilmington Trust in working in collaboration with the Commercial, Business and Private Banking teams to expand brand recognition and business opportunities in a specific market for wealthy clients.
  • Direct and participate in the development and management of wealth client relationships with individuals, business owners and families.
  • Work closely with families and their advisors to ensure the relationship is handled efficiently and effectively in the delivery of services to these relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales leadership and manages the sales process for assigned team. Establish team goals and track their performance.
  • Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' managerial experience
  • MBA (Master's degree in Business Administration) or JD (Juris Doctor)

Compensation

  • M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
  • The pay range for this position is $182,700.00 - $339,300.00 Annual (USD).
  • The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
  • Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations.
