About the role
- Ping is entering its next phase of growth at large enterprise revenue scale.
- Market & Category Vision (Discover / Define)
- Identify and prioritize "big needle mover" opportunities across products, segments, and routes to market
Responsibilities
- Positioning & Messaging Architecture (Align / Build)
- GTM Strategy & Launch Excellence (Build / Launch)
- Own go-to-market strategy and planning for major product and solution launches
- Drive partner GTM alignment and solution marketing for ecosystem growth
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive deal velocity, and improve win rates and competitive displacement

Requirements
- 15+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or Category Marketing leadership, with a strong preference for experience in Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Technology.
- Demonstrated ability to define or redefine a category narrative
- Executive Presence: Proven experience working directly with the CEO and board-level stakeholders to align competing priorities
- Visionary Thinker: Ability to see shifts before they are obvious and translate macro trends (AI, regulation) into strategic positioning

Nice to have
- Experience operating at $1B+ scale is preferred
Compensation
- In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above.
