- Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network.
- In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.
- These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.
Responsibilities
- Lead producers, anchors, reporters, photographers, editors, and digital teams to deliver compelling content across broadcast, streaming, mobile, web, and social platforms.
- Lead, coach and develop producers and newsroom staff through clear, timely feedback, regular performance conversations, and real-time editorial guidance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Producer in a television newsroom is required.
- Strong understanding of streaming, broadcast and digital audience strategy, social media, and multi-platform storytelling.
- Strong understanding of journalistic ethics, legal standards, AP style, and newsroom workflow.
- you will be expected to champion a supportive, respectful culture while maintaining the rigorous standards required to win the market.
- Proven ability to lead experienced newsroom teams and make confident editorial decisions in fast-moving breaking news situations.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to proactively drive coverage forward in dynamic news environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
- Sense of urgency and a passion for impactful storytelling, breaking news, and live coverage across platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced newsroom environment and work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends, as newsroom needs require.

- Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $75,000.00-85,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Compensation
